Homes on the Hill takes client registration seriously. Although we cannot guarantee each of your referrals will result in a closing for you, we will encourage the relationship you have established with your client.

• Our homebuyer education results in a HUD-approved certification, accepted by all down payment assistance programs.
• In one of our counseling sessions, we can improve our client's credit for just the cost of the credit application. We can help them learn to establish financial stability and become knowledgeable about the homebuying process before connecting them back to you for the actual buying stage.
